Handcrafted from durable, non-toxic ceramic, this small fermentation jar is made for easy, small-batch fermenting at home. Perfect for beginners or small kitchens, it features a traditional waterlock seal—an ancient design that creates an oxygen-free environment ideal for fermentation, as well as a matching lid and stoneware weights to keep vegetables submerged. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in color and finish make each jar unique.
