Balinese peacock is a nineteenth century archival French roller print. Decidedly a South Seas look, the Scalamandre' pattern is rendered in exotic motifs of fruit, foliage and peacocks with delicate batik-like details.  Part of the Scalamandre' Maison by PORT 68 collection, the jars are made of porcelain with solid brass metal lift off lids. Available in hues of pink,  green and turquoise/blue prints on cream white crackled porcelain.
