Hard to find small 19th century antique French ironstone preserving pots or pots à confiture, circa 1890s. These petite earthenware pots were once used to store marmalade, jams, and probably potted meat. Each pot is in good solid condition having a unique aged patina with some having small crazing of the glaze or maybe a small hairline crack or chip, which only add to their authenticity and charm. In shades of creamy white, each is glazed inside and out.
