Antique pewter bed warmer from the 1800’s, probably early 1800’s. Beginning in around 1800, they made the bed warmers to use hot water instead of coals and used a round screw on cap with a ring. We can remove only the outer cap, but perhaps someone else can open the rest. There is no mark on the bottom and don’t know if this is European or American.
