A colorful and stylish take on the traditional hourglass, this piece designed by Fulvio Bianconi in 1957 is handmade of mouth-blown glass. It features two bulb-shaped parts, gray and aquamarine, that were blown separately and fused together with a complex glassblowing technique known as "incalmo".
