The little GOD, a miniature version of Gufram's most iconic collaborations with TOILETPAPER. GOD derives from the union of the Cactus® - designed by Drocco and Mello in 1972 - and the egg-cushions of La Cova, the giant polyurethane nest designed by Gianni Ruffi in 1973. The miniature GOD, featuring the same tone of green that characterizes the Cactus®, includes all of the 2165 bumps that decorate the stem and arms of the coat-rack; the eggs, originally covered with fabric, are instead made using an injection of polyurethane and are then finished off by hand.GOD is the only Guframini to be produced in a limited-edition series of 1000 pieces: each one of them comes with a special numbered card to certify its uniqueness.As if in a fairy tale, the Gufram icons have become smaller and have now turned into Guframini! The most radical Italian design company has just revealed some brand new creations for its fans: miniatures of the Bocca, Cactus, Pratone and GOD designed in a 1:8 scale; the new miniatures perfectly reproduce the smallest details of the famous domestic sculptures exhibited in the world’s leading museums.Guframini are in fact, made with molds that faithfully reproduce Bocca, Cactus, Pratone and GOD: each "mini" creation is made of polyurethane foam which is injected into the mold which has previously been painted so to get, through a state-of-the-art method, a unique piece wich is identical to the original one: the same softness, same colors and same details. Each Guframini is then finished by hand and, thanks to this artisan finishing procedure every piece is one-of-a-kind, just like every Bocca, Cactus, Pratone and GOD are unique pieces.Production lead times are often flexible and stock levels vary.NB.
