Mid-century glass aquarium block with 3 fish, attributed to Barbini for Cedese or Salviati. There are multiple known examples of similar fish with the opaline striated fins and signature face shape online and here on Chairish. It has some really cool features that are hard to capture in photos,, but best attempt was made- the center on one of the sides is concave and mottled, throwing an outer reflection when hit by light that looks like water (see pic), and the glass is wavy on two of the outer broad surface edges which also manipulates the light to look like water. A really cool, detailed piece with lots of personality. It is in great condition with some minor shelf wear/scuffs to the bottom, and some naturally occurring open cavities from some of the air bubbles in the water/glass. It measures approximately 9 inches long x 4.5 inches tall x 1.3 inches thick.
