First class yacht binnacle by Kevin Hughes of New York and Boston. Varnished wood base with hinged door. A bronze clinometer is mounted to the base. Iron compensating balls are mounted to brass brackets. The brass wood and band hold a gimballed compass engraved with makers name Kelvin & Wilfred o White Co’, Boston and New York, USA.
