Found in Sweden, this pair of painted demilune console tables dates from the 1880s. The softly worn, creamy white bases are adorned with faux-painted dentil molding along the aprons. Turned legs taper to delicate ball feet. The grey-painted tops show age-related patina, as does the overall painted finish, lending the pair an authentically antique appearance. Unknown maker.
