A superb antique Victorian Gothic revival solid oak desk chair, made in England and dating from around the 1870-1880 period. This is of outstanding quality, it is beautifully crafted and is comfortable too. The solid oak has a gorgeous colour tone and wonderful grain patterns. It has a lovely rounded shape with a pierced back, it stands on beautifully turned octagonal legs with brass casters on the front legs. We have had the wood revived and re-polished, it has a gorgeous patina.
