19th century Scandinavian painted pine bakers table circa 1850. Fine quality piece of original Swedish painted furniture. Pine top surface with carrying handles on each end.  We imagine it was intended that this top surface could be used on either side, but now has old restoration supports to the underside and is best used in it's photographed format.  Standing on an original painted base with 2 deep drawers above the knee, fitted with brass swan neck handles.  Raised on 4 tapering legs. This table lends itself well to being used as a desk. Obvious surface marks, fading and losses to paintwork.  Structurally strong and ready for everyday use. Knee height: 21 1/4"
