This lamp was designed for the Students Housing at universities. It features an aluminum shade and base lacquered in ivory tone and an iron arm painted in black. The Shades rotates to the sides. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
