Antique Napoleon III French roller desk in polychrome wood with a Verde Alpi marble top. Opening the lower drawer opens the central cylinder and the three upper drawers. Flipping the door creates a writing surface covered in green leather chiseled with 24K gold leaf, above which we find drawers and compartments. The four fluted conical legs are adorned with expertly chiseled gilded bronzes. General Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional shellac and alcohol hand-applied method.
