The faux tortoiseshell is most likely Penshell or Horn inlay. Done in a traditional regency or neoclassical style. Overall great vintage condition with maybe the slightest chance for a little bit of very minor wear to possibly be found. Looking closely you will may possibly see light scuffing or dings here and there, and two of the feet have a piece missing (pictured).
