The Sector Desk from Ferm Living reinterprets midcentury shelving systems through wall-mounted construction, pairing wood planes with brass brackets. The desk can function independently or integrate with Sector shelving components to form a cohesive modular workspace along a wall. A raised lip at the back edge creates a narrow ledge for propping papers or photographs, turning a functional detail into an opportunity for display. Constructed from stained ash veneer over an MDF core with brass brackets, the piece achieves its visual impact through clean lines and material contrast.
