Small louis xvi style flat desk or writing table in mahogany and mahogany veneer, circa 1950. The top is covered in burgundy red leather and edged with a bronze molding. The fluted uprights have rings and sabots at the ends. The frieze opens to reveal a drawer; the internal dividers are removable. Brass ornaments adorn all sides.
