Desk model Suzanne, made in birch and maple veneer, brass handles. Originally a dressing table, perfect for laptops / as a smaller desk. Manufactured by Nordiska Kompaniet, Swedish Modern 1943. Axel Einar Hjorth was the chief architect 1927-38. The first examples of different model Suzanne furniture were made in the late 1930s. Mirror and glass top is missing. In good condition, veneer has been replaced in a few places. Small holes after needles holding a fabric are seen on the upper part of the desk. Overall nice patina, normal signs of age and wear.
