Rare early pair of Eero Saarinen Tulip Pedestal Swivel Armchairs Model 150A, designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll in 1956. sculpted tulip-like base that is composed of powder-coated cast aluminum, and the shell is formed of molded fiberglass. The seat pads are upholstered in a tomato-red textile, first generation bow tie tag by Knoll Madison avenue. Wonderful examples in excellent vintage condition.
