Inspired by traditional Danish milking stools and Hans J. Wegner's chairs, the Daumiller Dining Armchair from GUBI is a sculptural piece highlighting creator Rainer Daumiller's approach to listening to materials. This design lets natural wood express itself through round, robust shapes. Here, slender legs stand tall, putting in focus the flowy lines of the wood's grain. Curved features for the back and armrests are crafted to softly hug the body. A robust seat rest nestles one inside with subtle dips that please against one's outstretched legs.
