The Gascoin C-Chair Outdoor Dining Chair from GUBI uses simple materials and careful construction to create a vibrant coastal presence that adds comfort to outside gathering spaces. Designed by Marcel Gascoin with an eye on angular construction and made from solid teak wood in Indonesia, it is made using traditional joinery, while a weave All-Weather Polyethylene embellishes the seat and back. This texture evokes the natural strands of hyacinth used in more traditional designs, standing up better to harsh weather and sunlight alongside the teak wood, which acquires a silver patina with time and use.
