This pair of model 420 dining chairs was designed by Harry Bertoia and manufactured by Knoll International during the 1970s. Part of Bertoia’s iconic wire furniture collection, these chairs demonstrate the designer’s ability to transform industrial steel wire into elegant sculptural seating. The original white Rilsan-coated frames retain a clean and well-preserved appearance, while the original blue Knoll seat cushions add comfort and visual contrast. Both chairs remain in very good vintage condition with minor signs of age and use. New glides have been fitted. An enduring modern design classic suitable for dining, office, or occasional seating. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs, designer records, or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
