Jacob began his entrepreneurial life by founding the first bicycle courier company in Mexico City. Later his adventurous spirit led him down a new, creative path together with the architect Kirsten Krogh.Kirsten and Jacob initiated their success in Europe by introducing the traditional woven furniture from Mexico. Today they create in-house furniture as well as work in collaboration with international designers.OK Design is based in Copenhagen, the environmentally friendly production takes place in the EU, and the designs are sold in more than 40 countries worldwide.Their latest endeavour is Stella Atlántico in Isla de la Palma. A 4 floor building reaching towards the stars and located on the rim of the world’s largest erosion crater. Stella Atlántico functions as a combined visual showroom and holiday home.
