A stately set of six 19th century English dining chairs, each showcasing exquisite craftsmanship and timeless design. The chairs feature yoke-shaped backs with pierced urn-shaped splats, drop-in pad seats, and finely carved cabriole legs ending in bold paw feet. The leaf-tip carving on the knees adds further refinement to these elegant pieces. The seats have been freshly reupholstered in a neutral cream-colored fabric with a faux linen-style weave, making them versatile for both traditional and transitional interiors. Condition: Good antique condition, structurally sound. As expected with age, there are a few small bits of wood missing in areas of the carving (see photos for details), but nothing that distracts from their presence or usability. Dimensions (approx.): Each chair: 22” W x 19” D x 39” H Seat height: 19”
