The seat, back and back supports are made by form-pressing laminated veneer layers together with glue, and then cut into their final shape using a CNC machine. He instead developed his skills making drawings and models for architects, signwriting, producing showcards for fashion boutiques and teaching technical drawing and lettering part-time. He later went on to become an established exhibition designer.
