This is a fabulous high quality antique flame mahogany Regency revival twin pillar dining table and a set of ten Hepplewhite Revival dining chairs, dating from the mid-20th century. The table is made of stunning solid mahogany with satin wood crossbanded decoration. It is raised on a pair bases, each with four sabre fluted legs that terminate in lion paw brass cap castors. The table has two leaves that can be added or removed to suit the occasions and change the table from a ten-seater dining table into an eight or a six seater dining table. The superb set of ten Hepplewhite Revival dining chairs were beautifully hand crafted from solid mahogany. The set comprises eight side chairs and two armchairs, all of which feature an attractive shieldback design and 'drop in' seats that are upholstered in the finest blue damask fabric. There is no mistaking the fine craftsmanship of this handsome dining table and chairs which is certain to become a treasured addition to your furniture collection, and a talking point with guests at meal times.
