Mid 19th century Swedish painted pine table circa 1860. Beautiful rustic find from our travels around scandinavia.  Made in pine this table could function in multiple rooms around the home or even as an occasional desk. Loose fitting over-sailing 3 plank top, fitted with a single deep drawer above the knee, deep apron and raised on 4 tapering legs.  Presented in the original brown/red paint scheme. Surface marks and fading to top surface.  Loss to edge of bottom of drawer which happened some time ago.  Fading and losses to paint.  Fine example of swedish dowel constructed furniture and ready for everyday use.
