The apron is beautifully crafted as is the base decorated with shells, acanthus leaves and garlands of flowers. The top opens to accommodate up to 7 extensions. This table is sold with only 3 original extensions. The sliding system is mounted with metal which gives it a perfect opening and closing of the top. Each leg has a castor which allows the table to be moved without damaging the floors and thus allows easy installation and cleaning. Very high quality French work.
