This is a traditional mahogany dining table made by Leighton Hall. It features a field of slip-matched swirly crotch mahogany from West Africa and straight grain mahogany and Santos Rosewood borders from South America. It has a warm brown stain with a hand steel wool rubbed satin finish. This finish allows it to blend in well with existing antiques. The pedestals have four fluted legs which terminate with antique brass lions paw feet. It has been used as a showroom sample for approximately three months. It is in good condition.
