At Armand & Francine, we create Belgian interior design that combine craftsmanship with modern aesthetics. We push to produce furniture that is not only functional but also adds character and style to any space. Our collection is designed to bring elegance and timelessness into everyday life, with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for high-quality, contemporary design. Starting from a base of plywood, layers of Mortex© are added to create the table. Mortex© is a decorative technique based on lime, acrylic and pigment. This technique is added manually which gives an imperfectly perfect result and gives each table a unique appearance with color nuances, imperfections and small irregularities. These form the character of the product and the technique. The appearance of the furniture is partly determined by the degree of polishing and the final finishing layer. Each piece of furniture or object is completely unique and handmade in our own workshop. Matt finish by means of a water-based PU lacquer. The colors are manually composed of natural pigments.
