Yellow ValleyIt was a very unusual project for me. I was approached by a man from the UK to make a table for his little daughter. The girl was very fond of dragonflies and insects in general. For a sample, he sent me a photo of her toy - a dragonfly in amber. I had to make a similar resin color, pick up a light wood, and find dry dragonflies. I didn't even know they could be found anywhere. After some time, I found dry dragonflies of suitable size and began work. The most difficult thing was that the dragonflies did not disintegrate and did not fall apart in the resin. When dry, they are quite brittle. Therefore, the work was painstaking.But I'm glad the project was a success. My client's daughter was delighted. Table of poplar burl and yellow epoxy resin. Added dry dragonflies. Coated with hard varnish and polished to shine.Each table is made of selected slabs of different woods with character. We spend a lot of time selecting 100% of your slabs that will suit your heart and interior. The Italian resin that is used for pouring is the best in the world. It does not turn yellow, does not become cloudy from time to time and lasts forever. All finishes are also from the best Italian brands. All of them are as hard as possible to give the table moisture resistance, resistance to mechanical damage and scratches. Also, all tables use the technology of pouring wood from above and below with a layer of epoxy resin, which makes the product ever-living and also completely waterproof. Also tables are completed with a protective film which will keep your table virgin during the first years of use.
