Emile Galle signed occasional table with sample wood top depicting a Rooster and a quote reading "Quand je chanterai l'Amour finira" in French which translates to "When I sing, Love will end" This table has a beautiful Art Nouveau base, the top is inlaid with all very rare cuts of sample wood, signed to the bottom left, Galle In terms of the condition, it is sublime, there will be normal age and use related patina marks but really its in very fine order for the period Dimensions Height 73cm Width 62cm Depth 41cm This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
