Using a very special variation of Elm wood (burr Elm), each of the two table bases start life as one single large board. They are then cut into three pieces at 45 degree angles and joined back together to create the waterfall effect in which the grain lines up and falls from one edge to the other.Glass is then made to specification and steel discs are bonded onto the glass for fixing before raising the glass just above the Elm bases and giving the impression of levitation, serving as the surface area for the table. This table can also be made in any wood type or finish, and can be made to any dimension / measurement.Every item is made-to-order so is quality checked profusely prior to crating and shipping, therefore returns are only accepted under the circumstances something has gone seriously wrong and the material used by ourselves has somehow failed. Out of the sale price, we pay for professional crating and this has been successful every single time.
