The Vitra EM Table is as much an impressive feat of engineering as it is a beautifully modern dining table. Designed by Jean Prouve in 1950, EM features distinctively angled molded sheet steel legs that are canted inward and held in tension by a tubular steel crossbar. The resulting structure is stable and more than strong enough to support the solid wood top.
