Handcrafted solid elm table with a folk art/brutalist style. Originating from the Alps, this table was entirely made by a cabinetmaker in the 1960s. We love the tabletop, carved directly from a single piece of trunk, with its two planks joined together. This gives the table's edges an irregular and authentic shape. The wood has a beautiful color, with a striking and graphic grain. The wood has a luminous, golden hue. The base features an elegant scroll design, supported by a central stretcher. The table can be disassembled – tabletop + legs + stretcher. Original patina. Some imperfections may be present. - Dimensions - W 140.5 x D 89 cm (83/65 cm minimum, 52/54 cm at the ends) x H 75 cm Height under the apron - 70 cm Tabletop thickness 5 cm
