A sculptural 1970s pedestal table in richly veined marble, equally suited for dining or use as a large center table. The circular top, measuring 47.5 inches in diameter, is rendered in a fiery blend of red-orange and coral tones, with a soft polished finish that enhances the natural variation of the stone. The flared pedestal base offers contrast in both color and form, grounding the composition in a cooler pink marble with rose and ivory marbling. Monumental in material yet elegant in silhouette, it comfortably seats four. Condition: In great vintage condition overall, with minor scuffs and surface scratches consistent with age. One small chip to the protective surface layer, as photographed. The base shows a localized area of cracking that does not affect structural integrity. Four screw holes are present at the top of the base; two show breakage, as shown in the last photo.
