Rectangular table by Guido Faleschini for Mariani, Italy, 1970. The furniture of this range designated by Guido Faleschini was distributed by Hermes France in the 70s. The time smoked glass plate is based on fawn leather duct crosspieces which forms a Square resting on four foot in chrome steels of triangular shape. Height 73.5 cm, length 130 cm, depth 130 cm Guido Faleschini is an Italian architect and industrial designer who has obtained several diplomas in the field of art and architecture. He started his career by designing parts for private customers and furniture companies in the Brianza, Italy region in the 1960s. He taught the architectural composition at the Athenaeum of Lausanne in Switzerland during the 1970s -1974. As an industrial designer, Faleschini was interested in the creation of furniture for classified buildings, in particular historic buildings. It is considered one of the intellectuals of Italian industrial design in the 1960s and is one of the key figures in Italian design. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
