Stunning so called 'II Colonnato' dining table designed by Mario Bellini and manufactured by Cassina in Italy in 1977. It's made from solid travertine, which has a beautiful deep colour. The tabletop is exceptional, featuring different shades that make it look like a work of art on its own. This table has five legs that look like Roman pillars, giving it a classic touch. It's quite big, so you can comfortably fit up to eight chairs around it for family get-togethers. The table is in excellent condition, despite its age. The design has a classic feel, with the vertical supports having a slight curve, much like ancient columns. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
