All Alentes products are covered by a 24-month guarantee against manufacturing faults and defects from the date of original delivery. Alentes Atelier packages each piece using methods suitable for fragile items to minimize any risk during transit. For insured shipments through Alentes Atelier, buyers are advised to unpack and inspect their order upon delivery. In the event of shipping damage, a report and photographic evidence must be submitted within 3 working days; all insured shipments are eligible for replacement in the case of transport-related damage.If the piece does not fit the intended space as expected, a return may be initiated within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, the original shipping charges, and any customs duties or taxes incurred during export and re-import to the country of origin.
