Xxi° Century Italian Solid Silver Vegetable Dish In Baroque Style

Vegetable dish in solid silver in baroque style.The bottom of the vegetable bowl is solid and smooth.Two handles made with the casting technique and subsequently chiselled, with a design of waves and scrolls, are welded to the sides.The lid has been completely embossed with mythical images of the sea waves. The work is exceptional as the slab is embossed by up to 4 centimeters without being punctured.Two "Putti" Angels were then placed on the lid who seem not to care about the impetuosity of the sea waves.The vegetable dish was made in a single example which makes it precious and exclusive.Suitable for placed in a dining room, on a table or on a console.Made by ARVAL ARGENTI VALENZA in its own artisan silversmith workshop in Valenza - Piedmont - Italy
