This is a stunningly beautiful pair of vintage tessellated stone Art Deco styled display cabinets. The front outer frame is covered with a curved band of tessellated stone and edged between the patterned portions in brass, mirrored back and case bottom. Lighted cabinets with glass doors on both sides offer easy insertion of objects. Five shelves all with etched plate rails. No longer retains its original label but bears all the hallmarks of the work of Maitland-Smith.
