Large scale Italian walnut shaped cabinet with glass doors and display shelves. There are two shelves and one permanent bottom display shelf behind the glass door with both sides having a curved fixed glass exposure. The cabinet has intricate marquetry depicting a collection of musical instruments, including a guitar or lute, a horn and possibly drums surrounded by foliage. The foliage decoration is continued over the entire cabinet. There is a solid and decorated door in the front which conceals a large storage area. Gilt bronze mounts also adorn the Cabinet. The cabinet is one piece.
