The upper section includes two removable wooden shelves suitable for china or collectibles, while the lower cabinet provides concealed storage behind carved paneled doors with geometric and floral detailing. The entire piece rests on turned and fluted legs connected by a carved stretcher base, embodying Berkey & Gay's refined craftsmanship and balance between ornamental and structural design. Shows minor finish wear including light scratches to interior shelving, missing quarter-round glass trim (door remains functional), one missing lower pull, and right-side foot damage. The glass latch has been removed to allow easy door closure but can be reinstalled.
