The collection has a very distinctive modern look and high levels of performance, using the latest innovative manufacturing techniques. Ice hardening processes make the blades exceptionally sharp. These are really professional kitchen knives, superb in quality and beautiful to use. These are razor sharp knives. The high carbon stainless steel blades exploit the latest techniques of steel casting and are then ice hardened to minus 80°c. This innovative process stabilizes the metallurgical structure of the steel, creating an extremely hard and durable cutting edge. The knives are taper ground with the forging running down the full length of the handle. Each knife handle incorporates an internal back weight, giving an excellent balance and grip.
