It was Made by the Hubley Manufacturing Company and it Has the Model Number 189 Cast on the Back Side. NOTE That the Flowers are Enhanced in Extremely Bold - High Relief with Wonderful Detail. It Also Still Retains its All Original Hubley Foundry Hand Painted Features with Unusually Numerous Colors - Combinations. It is in Very Nice Overall Original Condition - Displays Beautifully. It is Lightly Age Weathered with a Few Small Paint Chips & Spots Here and There Giving it that Wonderful Authentic Old Look that Cannot be Duplicated..
