Pesi is a Lecce stone paperweight or doorstop.‎ In this project the value of weight becomes an intrinsic feature of the object itself, while revealing its function.‎ The formal reference is associated with the image of the traditional scales, well-known objects although almost in disuse.‎ The Pesi collection performs not only a functional purpose, but a decorative one as well.‎
