Iconic Mid Century Modern Industrial style dresser designed by Raymond Loewy for Hill Rom, circa 1970's. The chest features two narrow drawers, over two deep drawers. The wood case is constructed of walnut and walnut veneer, the drawer interiors are formed metal in original turquoise paint finish. The frame is brushed steel, the top is a formica laminate, the wheel casters are all original and fully functional. Sophisticated Modernist design, still relevant to todays interior spaces. Built to commercial standards, this piece can withstand heavy and regular use. This example is in good original, clean and ready to use condition, showing only minor cosmetic wear, normal and consistent with age.
