These beautiful commodes have a very contemporary look due to the use of relatively pale woods for most of their veneered construction. The contrast between pale elm and panels of burr elm of exceptional figure give them a striking look. The tops of the commodes have beautiful bookmatched panels of burr elm, other panels of the same wood are set in to the sides of each commode and the drawer fronts.
