The commode has two full-width drawers which are decorated with bronze ornamentation over parquetry panels. Both drawers run smoothly. The commode features quarter book-matched walnut veneers that are framed by fine boxwood stringing lines. The bronze ornamentation features on the main body and frame and on the sabot feet.
