Italian Rococo Style Commode

Created for The Rothschild Collection - "Anastasia" 2002 © In the style of an Italian Rococo Commode from the region of Lombardy, is manufactured out of American Cherry. of double-long form, with a richly figured finish with antiqued patina and hand-rubbed white edge detailing, the rectangular top with waved moulded edge above a conforming case with three long central drawers flanked by three short drawers to each side, each with antiqued bronze-finished foliate-cast drawer handles, above a scalloped shaped apron, resting on cabriole legs ending in scrolled toes. "Anastasia" - It's hard to find a more elegant commode. Beautiful in a living room, or dining room, and warning... very seductive in the bedroom.
