Queen Anne bonnet top highboy, Northeast, Connecticut, Rhode Island or Massachusetts 18th century, cherry wood constructed in two parts. Bonnet top with flame-carved finials set on fluted plinths, above a top tier of drawers with one large center drawer with deep fan carving flanked by two smaller drawers above three full graduated drawers. Base with top molding and one long drawer above central small drawer with deep fan carving flanked by two large drawers, a deeply valanced skirt with two finials, and cabriole legs ending in slipper feet.
